Kare no Shiranai Himitsu wo Irete The Animation follows Yui, a young woman enjoying a tender first romance with her partner, Naoya. Her peaceful life is threatened when a figure from her past resurfaces, wielding knowledge of a brief, curious encounter Yui had with an older man prior to meeting Naoya.
