Namaiki: Kissuisou e Youkoso! The Animation

Satoshi Ashifuji is a hardworking student currently attending university on a scholarship. Somehow, he is entrusted with the heavy responsibility of managing the Kissuisou dormitory, but ironically, every single resident there is a girl with incredibly troublesome issues!

As if that weren’t enough, while repairing the dormitory’s clock tower, a spirit claiming to be a Zashiki-warashi (house protector) named Ibaraki suddenly appears, bringing a host of new complications. With all the current residents radiating overwhelming negative energy, if the situation doesn’t change within the next six months, a terrible misfortune will strike the dormitory, leading to its demolition regardless of its actual condition.
