Yakin Byoutou San

The story begins with Sora, a young man gravely wounded and collapsing at the very gates of a hospital. As he teeters on the fragile line between life and death, he is discovered and narrowly saved by a dedicated nurse, Yagami Yu.

Upon being rushed to the emergency room, Sora encounters Mikage Reika—the hospital’s formidable director, possessed of a sharp, chilling beauty. Sensing that Sora is an outcast with no family or ties to the world, Reika presents a terrifying ultimatum: his life will be spared only if he agrees to become a “living subject” for her clandestine medical projects.

With no other means of survival, Sora is forced to nod in agreement, unknowingly entering a clinical nightmare.
